This knowledge is the foundation in learning to develop your capability and your capacity in Leadership, the knowledge that you too must be a FOLLOWING LEADER!

  Your gifts can take you somewhere that you’re Character and Integrity cannot keep you. We spend so much time sharpening our gifts and our skills, and we neglect Character and Integrity Development. Are we people of our word? Do we live the lives that we speak about? Are we authentic people? Do we adhere to moral and ethical principles and operate in soundness of moral character and honesty? Come with us on a deep dive into the characteristics that mark a leader of great Character and Integrity!

The Strategic Leader understands the importance of Vision, Mission, and a well thought out Strategic Plan. They take the necessary time and steps to assemble and involve others - creating a team to thoughtfully take on these efforts and then diligently seek to implement them. Learn to craft your Vision and Mission statements and bring organization and structure to your planning and strategy.

  Accountability literally means: “to be held to account for, or to explain, one’s actions (or inaction) for which one has responsibility and authority.”Accountability is a report giving behavior, that answers the questions what will you do, when will you do it, and how will I know that it is done? In this workshop, gain the tools necessary for intentionally building Accountability Relationships and experience the productivity that you have been lacking.

  “Who do you trust and who trusts you? Based upon Stephen M. R. Covey Jr's book Leading at the Speed of Trust, this workshop, discussion, and tools provided will enhance leadership skills, language, and behavior to lead in a way that inspires trust in your leadership and across all facets of life.

  Managing Communications is one of the most important responsibilities of a person in the Leader role. How your team communicates, when they communicate, expectations around responding to communications, and of course, accuracy of communications can either make or break, your project, your event, and eventually, credibility of your organization! This workshop is full of tips and tools you can use to manage and enhance the communication within your organization and gives special guidance for those who are overseeing multigenerational teams! 

    Ethics in Ministry touches everything from salaries, truth-telling, and surviving church politics, to confidentiality and beyond. Join us as we come together to dive into some of these areas, so that we are strengthened in Ministry and in Service to our communities whether operating in our church organizations, or marketplace ministry. There is a standard that we should be striving for!

   Are you Leader? then you need a team. But not just a team, you need a Healthy, Thinking Team. You don’t need people just to help you DO! You need people who will help you to THINK! Others provide the missing puzzle pieces to our project, our goals, and our lives in general. Learn to Build and fully ENGAGE your Team to experience the results you are seeking.
