Inspired by Nehemiah 4:17–18, this year’s theme is The Nehemiah Project: Shovels and Spears.

SHOVELS represent the practical tools, strategies, technologies, and systems leaders need to build effectively now and toward 2030.
SPEARS represent the spiritual and strategic defenses leaders need as we confront heightened areas of warfare, opposition, disruption, and change now and toward 2030.
Through engaging leadership conversations, biblical insight, and practical instruction, participants will be challenged to strengthen their leadership, protect what they have been called to build, and finish the work assigned to their hands.

Onsite attendance is limited to 60 participants. During registration, attendees must select whether they will participate online or onsite on Sunday.
